Pricing & Availability

All items on our site are available for sale subject to standard production lead times. If an items displays the message "Unavailable" it means you are not logged in. To see prices and availability, you must be logger into your account.

Trade Accounts

All prices on the site are listed at your applied discount from retail if you are a "Trade Account".

 

Rush Orders

We accept rush orders for an additional fee. We have 2 & 3 week quick-ship options. Contact customer service for more information. Rush order service is not always available depending on the volume of orders we are experiencing.

 

Changes to Orders

Once an order has been entered, we cannot change any part of that order. We cannot add to or remove items from an order. We cannot guarantee, in most cases, to arrange for orders placed on different days to ship together.

 

Shipping/ Claims/ Returns

Shipping: We have a standard, flat charge of 20% that includes insurance to cover your shipment. Orders under $500.00 are charged a $100.00 flat rate to ship within the continental USA.

Claims: If there is a problem with your order, please contact customerservice@smflorida.com within 5 days of receipt for quick resolution.

Returns: We do not accept returns without prior, written approval from an authorized representative at Soicher Marin.
