Shipping + Returns

PACKAGING

-Soicher Marin carefully packs each item to prevent damage during shipment.

-All items are padded with Recyclable paper-packaging-materials and securely packaged in sturdy, appropriately-sized boxes to prevent shock and damage during shipment. Soicher Marin does not currently offer options on packaging methods for online orders. DELIVERY

-Online orders are shipped and delivered only Monday–Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

-Soicher Marin does not deliver to P.O. boxes. All orders must be shipped to a known street address. A phone number is required to ensure proper delivery of each order.

-The option of additional ship-to addresses is available during the online checkout process. Simply select “Add a new Shipping Address” during Step-One of the check out process. Then follow the instructions. If any additional changes, or corrections, are made to your orders during the checkout process please verify that you have reselected your preferred Ship-to Address.

-Soicher Marin guarantees your satisfaction with respect to quality of delivered goods and will exchange or a replace purchased items that are found to be defective or damaged in shipment. Soicher Marin also Reserves-the-Right to seek local independent third parties to effect repairs or replacement of materials other than art or images. BACK ORDERS

By default Soicher Marin ships all online orders complete. At your request, Soicher Marin may ship your order not including currently out-of-stock items, or longer-lead-time original works. All back-ordered items ship immediately upon availability with no additional shipping charge. SHIPPING TIMES

-Ship times can vary based upon where you live, size of shipment, and the shipping method. Once we ship your order, we will email you a confirmation with a link to the tracking page of the shipper we’ve selected to deliver your product. Please contact Customer Service at 1-941-308-7500 or via email at [email protected] with any additional questions.

-Please allow 3 to 7 business days for delivery once your item(s) ship. Orders are shipped and delivered only Monday–Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends. If you provide a valid email address when ordering, a notification will be sent when the shipment occurs. The email will include a link to the carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment online.

ORDER TRACKING

-If you provide a valid email address when ordering, we will email you a shipping confirmation upon shipment of your order. This email will include a link to the carrier's web site where you can track the progress of your shipment online.

-Shipping times vary by carrier, region, and size of shipment. Each carrier should display an estimated delivery time when tracking your order. If there is any concern that the estimated delivery window has passed, or online tracking is not available, please contact Customer Service immediately at 1-941-308-7500 or via email at [email protected] .

CANCELLATIONS

Every Soicher Marin item is made to order, therefore no cancellations may be made or refunded once an order is in production.

RETURNS

-Soicher Marin maintains a long standing commitment to customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of quality and design.

-If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to defects in quality, or craftsmanship, you may contact Soicher Marin within 5 Days of receipt to initiate a return authorization and shipment of a free replacement. Every Soicher Marin item is made to order; therefore all returns are for replacement/store-credit only. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

-Due to the inconsistencies of today’s digital displays, and the varied number of available color profiles, Soicher Marin does not accept returns based on perceived differences in image, color, or subject matter.

-To initiate all Return Authorizations please contact Customer Service at 1-941-308-7500 or via email at [email protected] .

-Please pack the returning items in the original box and include the approved Return Authorization Form

-If your order arrives in less than satisfactory condition, Soicher Marin offers a convenient Photo Return option. Simply take one digital photo of the item and one of the shipping container it arrived in, attach them to an email and send to [email protected] . Please include the following in the body of the email: your packing-slip/sales-order number, the item number, and a brief description of the reason for the return. Your request will processes within 48 hours and you will receive an email letting you know how to prepare your return, and when your replacement will be ready for shipment.
